The General Request Form is for any club, organization, or person who wishes to request funding or reclassify a club or organization. Originally there were three forms, the SFR, SSF and Reclassification form. With this new form, the SFRs, SSFs and Reclassifications still exist, but are on one form. This makes the paperwork for requesting funds or reclassifications easier for clubs and organizations.
